How do I receive my product?

After payment is confirmed, your license key will be delivered instantly to your account dashboard and via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is HWID binding?

Hardware ID (HWID) binding locks your license key to a specific device. This prevents unauthorized sharing. You get a limited number of HWID resets if you change hardware.

How do subscription plans work?

We offer Day, Week, Month, and Lifetime plans. Timed plans start counting from the moment of activation. Lifetime plans never expire.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please make sure you understand the product before purchasing.

How do I reset my HWID?

Go to your Account > License Keys and click the 'Reset HWID' button. Each key has a limited number of resets.

How long does PayPal confirmation take?

PayPal Friends & Family payments are manually confirmed by our team. This usually takes a few minutes to a few hours.

Do I need a Discord account?

No, but linking your Discord account gives you automatic role assignment and easier login. You can also sign in with email.
